Aid in preparing recruitment, transfer, redundancy based on general resources recruitment of different departments and business units as per forecasted budget
Source candidates using a wide variety of vehicles – to include sourcing and mining, advertising and internet posting as well as direct sourcing and referrals
Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports which include all the updates and the information gathered from time to time
Prepare periodic statistics related to the manpower and performance management activities to use them as a reference for the performance indicators of the Foundation (KPIs)
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (With a focus on HR) OR equivalent
