HR Business Partner – Singapore
A HR leader to support the divisional and regional delivery of the People Strategy in our Singapore office. The Singapore based role will be part of a divisional People team and will have responsibility to drive legal compliance, best practice and engagement.
Reporting to the Head of HR – APAC & ME this role is accountable for the delivery of an excellent and reliable HR service experience and will support the delivery of the People Strategy in our Singapore office. In Singapore, you will independently drive compliance (employment legislation), best practice in all matters HR, as well as support Business Leaders in driving culture and engagement. You will also support our Singapore office with a range of projects and be part of a small divisional team and a larger global HR team, which will lend support on areas such as HR Operations, L&D, Payroll and Systems.
