Proficiency in spoken Arabic (written communication will be in English).
Proficiency in both written and oral English communication.
Completed higher education degree in the field of social sciences (e.g., psychology, sociology, economics, pedagogy, communication and media studies, social pedagogy, humanities) or in management / human resource management.
