Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • 4 6 years of relevant HR experience with previous experience as HR Manager
  • Broad knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • Knowledge of talent and recruitment management
  • Knowledge of performance management principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to area of work
  • Knowledge of administration processes
  • Sound knowledge of relevant HR systems
  • Understanding of project management principles
