Job Title: L2 Network Engineer (Huawei)

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Huawei network infrastructure. The role involves second‑level support, incident troubleshooting, and ensuring high network availability in enterprise/telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Huawei routers, switches, and firewalls
• Troubleshoot P1/P2 incidents and network outages
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
• Escalate complex issues to L3 / Huawei TAC
• Monitor network performance and uptime
• Handle configuration changes (Change Management)
