HSEQ Advisor

Support a high-performing operational business by driving best-practice health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes across sites and projects. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll partner with leaders and frontline teams to embed strong HSEQ systems and culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager (with a functional line to the HSEQ Manager), you’ll play a key role in guiding and supporting the business to minimise risk and continually improve HSEQ performance. You’ll act as a trusted advisor across operations, working closely with site teams, leadership, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert HSEQ advice across site and project environments
• Support the development and implementation of HSEQ systems, policies and procedures
• Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with company and client standards
• Lead incident investigations (ICAM) and drive corrective actions
