Description

The HSE Specialist supports and advances Percheron’s Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) programs by serving as a subject matter resource for compliance, safety systems, audits, training, and client?specific requirements. This role operates with a high level of independence and technical competency, providing direct support to the HSE Manager while also partnering with Operations, HR, and project teams to ensure consistent implementation of HSE standards across the organization.

The HSE Specialist is expected to apply strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety processes, and compliance platforms to proactively identify risks, support field operations, and drive continuous improvement within Percheron’s HSE programs.
