- Leads/conduct/organize EHS program in the design, implementation, training and maintenance of diverse company EHS programs for statutory and mandatory licenses and authorization.

- Conducts EHS audits/patrol, conduct a EHS risk assessment, recommend and oversee corrective /preventive measures to improve continuously safety and working environment, and to comply fully to local authority regulations.

- Assists management to ensure that all operations, policies, and practices comply with internal and external EHS regulations and standards.

- Defines an outline and/or plan EHS of Marigot Vietnam. Develops, monitor, maintain and publish a timeline indicating deadlines for external/internal compliance.

- Liaise with relevant local authorities on workplace health, safety and environmental issues/topics.
