Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and standards at the site; ensure compliance with local authority and municipality safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective preventive measures.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.
• Support incident investigations and ensure proper reporting.
• Liaise with consultants and regulatory bodies when required.
• Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and use PPE properly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education (UAE or equivalent). Minimum 6 years experience in construction sites.
