Typical Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Engineering in related field or applicable discipline.

Decision Making

Under general supervision work may be varied and somewhat difficult but limited in scope.

Supervision Received

Works under supervision and technical guidance with regular weekly interaction with supervisor and/or manager. Broad duties assigned weekly to monthly. Work is reviewed for accuracy adequacy and conformance with prescribed procedures.

Communication

Proficiently communicate ideas and concepts developing the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.

Systems Processes & Tools

Intermediate understanding of systems processes and tools specifically related to field. Has proficiency in using Microsoft products for basic report writing and data management.
