The Role
A specialist HRIS position focused on supporting, maintaining, and developing the organisation’s iTrent environment following a major implementation project.
This role will work closely with HR and Payroll teams, leading on system optimisation, reporting, integrations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the lead HRIS specialist for the iTrent platform
* Support and enhance HR and Payroll system functionality
* Manage and support system upgrades, fixes, and change requests
* Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support issue resolution
* Develop and maintain reports using Business Objects and other reporting tools
* Support payroll audit readiness and reporting requirements
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
