HRIS Consultant (ADP) – Implementation & Optimization
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant with strong expertise in ADP (Lyric or Workforce Now) to support system configuration, optimization, and cross-functional integration across HR and Payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities

+ Configure, optimize, and maintain ADP HRIS modules, with a focus on scalability and efficiency

+ Lead or support HRIS implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades

+ Manage and optimize Position Management and organizational structures within ADP

+ Partner closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless system integration and data accuracy

+ Analyze and improve existing processes; drive workflow standardization and automation

+ Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure strong system adoption

+ Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions aligned with business needs
