What You Will Do

• Manage and optimize vendor files.
• Validate benefit structures, rates, and configurations.
• Test, debug, and ensure quality of automated processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors on integrations and technical improvements.
• Execute QA tests on HRIS platforms and new applications.
• Document processes, defects, and requirements.
• Support HR, implementation, and account management teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience administering U.S. benefits with HRIS (e.g., PrismHR or other).
