A Day In The Life

The HRIS Administrator is responsible for general HRIS management, payroll and benefits administration, HR database maintenance, and reporting. This role requires proficiency in HRIS management, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of HR payroll practices and compliance. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HRIS Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting efficient HR workflows and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Payroll & Benefits

  • Manage payroll processes, enter payroll information in the HRIS
  • Provide enrollment support into the group benefit plan for new staff and partners
  • Coordinate the annual benefit re-enrollment process and handle inquiries related to benefits and RRSP
  • Manage payroll and benefit changes, including the administration of the Disability and Return to Work programs
