POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide HR tools to leaders that support employee experience through KPIs and follow up for better decisions.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid)
Support offboarding process (resignation letter, checklist, technician exit interview)
KPI Generation and follow up (PMP, job description, onboarding grid,turnover, absenteeism, low performance)
Administrative activities for temporary compensations
Disciplinary policy follow up
Dashboard HR
**SKILLS**:
Knowledge of excel
Desirable knowledge of Google tools
Intermediate/Advance English
Organized
Proactive
Problem solving
Autonomous
**Education**:
Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology or similar
At least 12 months to graduate.
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%)
French or german is an advantage
