What the Day Will Look Like Strategic Leadership & People Agenda Ownership Lead and drive the end-to-end people strategy for the assigned business portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term growth objectives, including but not limited to: Shaping and embedding leadership capability strategies Owning talent strategy including Talent Reviews, HiPo development, succession planning and retention Drive strategy and plans for development of executive leadership capabilities Leading large-scale organisational transformation, restructuring and M&A integration activities Provide thought leadership and strategic direction to ensure people initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
