Our client is seeking a hands‑on HR Generalist to establish and manage the full HR function in‑house for a growing technology platform. This role requires ownership of all HR operations, from building policies and frameworks to managing day‑to‑day employee lifecycle processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through structured HR practices.

• Set up and manage the complete HR function, including policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Develop and implement company handbook and employee handbook aligned with UAE Labour Law.
