Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize socials (summer/winter social, some snack and drink events)
- HR tasks (inputting days off etc).
- Some reception coverage as the successful candidate would be part of the Admin team
- Some marketing tasks
- Some accounting (disbursement posting)
- Helping with boardroom scheduling/lunch if needed
- Assisting with setup for new incoming staff (office setup, stamp/card ordering)
- Kitchen maintenance (ordering of supplies, general tidiness)
- Assist with facilities maintenance (call in lights that need changing)
- Be the check in person for staff working remotely
- Order general stationary supplies
- Support the Director of Operations with day to day tasks
Salary: 55-60k per annum, dependent on experience
