Recruiting Manager (Onsite – Cebu)
- 5–8+ years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing high-volume hiring (50–200+ hires)
- Strong leadership experience managing recruiters or sourcers
- Experience hiring for sales, marketing, or BPO environments preferred
- Ability to build and execute full recruitment strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for all departments
- Manage recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, conversion rates)
