• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration
• At least 3-5 years of progressive
HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
