Job Summary
The HR Supervisor for Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability, leadership readiness, and organizational effectiveness in a construction setting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis based on project requirements, performance gaps, and competency standards.
- Develop and implement technical, safety, leadership, and soft skills training programs.
- Coordinate internal and external training providers, certifications, and learning interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, KPIs, and post-training assessments.
