Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor for Employee Relations and Labor Compliance ensures harmonious employee-management relations and full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements across construction sites and offices.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, labor standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to disciplinary actions, hearings, and case resolutions.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies on labor-related matters.
- Advise management on labor relations issues, risk mitigation, and policy interpretation.
