The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation of the company’s policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as the accurate management of the Server/database. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and government regulations while providing strategic guidance and support to employees across multiple sites. The position also assists HR Teams in the execution of HR operations and collaborates closely with management to enhance HR processes and policies.
