Job Description
- As a tier 1 support, to produce analysis and resolutions to answer queries related to HR systems
- To track، route and redirect cases to the relevant SME (Subject Matter Experts) using standard procedures and common sense and to escalate unresolved questions to the next level of support
- To support projects and initiatives across the organization such as data retention rules, annual performance, and development management
- To enter system configuration data into relevant systems and serves as a 2nd line of defence regarding data quality
- To support releases and scheduled system upgrades and to perform system acceptance testing
- To manage tasks with supervision and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs)
- To draft user guides, project documentations, system configuration workbook, UAT script, knowledge articles...
