- Assist in HR processes and employee engagement activities
- Manage and maintain employee 201 files and records
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time well and work under minimal supervision
