Assist deployed employees on benefit-related and other employment concerns.
Assist HR to the deployed employees’ issues and concerns (timekeeping, payout documents, uniforms and government-mandated benefits and others) and provide prompt action or feedback within 24 hours.
Monitor all staffing needs and operations of the clients related to manpower and HR services.
Assist recruitment team in the endorsement of candidates/applicants to partner clients; assist in candidate screening and hiring processes.
