Coordinates with manpower service providers the manpower requirements and other manpower related concerns.
ADMINISTRATIVE
Facilitates the creation and maintains 201 files for newly hired employees: monitors compliance with requirements.
Facilitates posting of vacancies monthly, coordinates with schools or universities, etc.
Updates and monitors recruitment monitoring tools.
