As a Labor Relations Specialist you will develop the necessary strategies to achieve a healthy work environment, communication and positive relationships between management and employees.
Oversight of employee behavior and regulatory compliance, your expertise in labor law and conflict resolution, you will participate in HR functions and cultivate a productive workforce.
