HR SPECIALIST

We are seeking a candidate with proven recruiting experience, with manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools, and will be comfortable managing full-cycle virtual recruiting activities, including phone and video interviews. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
