Multiple Positions Available:

1.Own client-specific projects furthering HR strategic initiatives with the objective being to create programs that tackle critical business priorities.
2. Work with leadership and coaches to identify real-time priorities that align to their career growth plan.
3. Act as the frontline consultant to the business supporting managers in creating a positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters.
4. Operate as subject matter experts, provide guidance on programs, processes and policies; and offer strong, credible and compelling advice to business leaders on how to manage their team.
