The Recruiter II (Professional Talent Acquisition Consultant) will take a consultative and strategic approach to full-cycle recruiting, supporting sourcing, assessment, and selection processes. This role focuses on attracting top talent in a cost-effective manner while enhancing the organization’s employer brand and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Working with limited supervision, this position handles moderately complex recruiting activities and partners closely with business stakeholders to drive hiring success at the Albert Lea, MN location.
