Responsibilities:

+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions

+ Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates

+ Communicate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs

+ Post job ads and maintain applicant tracking systems

+ Answer phones and assist with candidate inquiries

+ Support onboarding and other HR functions as needed
