Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with site-based HR Business Partners on monthly payroll-related topics, providing support, clarification, and recommendations
Review and approve payroll payments to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain close communication with the external payroll service provider and resolve payroll-related queries
Support internal and external HR and payroll audits
Actively contribute to the review, improvement, and digitalization of payroll processes
