We are looking for an HR Payroll and Benefits Associate to join our HR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, government benefits, and tax annualization while maintaining organized and updated HRIS records. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with labor laws while providing excellent support to employees regarding compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and validate monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle year-end tax annualization and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Manage and process SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated contributions and loans.
- Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS for accurate payroll and reporting.
- Monitor and validate timekeeping and attendance reports for payroll.
