• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse mix of roles spanning precinct management, corporate functions, operations and seasonal staffing.
• Actively source talent through job portals, professional networks and career fairs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, manage interview coordinates and guide candidates through the onboarding pipeline.
• Ensure an efficient, professional and welcoming interview process that reflects the company’s core brand mission & values.
