Key Responsibilities
- Implementing and coordinating overarching projects and initiatives across EMEA HR Operations at country and/or regional level including defining, maintaining and continuously enhancing standard processes.
- Global project involvement to represent EMEA specific insights and perspectives.
- Ensuring effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization.
- Vendor Management contact for EMEA, managing relationships with external strategic providers on either governance or service delivery level.
- Collaborating closely with internal Global Vendor Management team on escalations, new demands and/or change requests.
- Partnering with Global HR Operations team and fostering collaboration with all key stakeholders.
