This includes the end-to-end payroll processing, work pass administration and managing the complete onboarding and offboarding cycle. The role also requires proficiency in Workday, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and HR systems maintenance. You will also support performance management, benefits administration and re-employment processes while ensuring regulatory compliance through audit preparation and monthly reporting. In addition, this role encompasses general administrative responsibilities including vendor management, employee welfare coordination and transport logistics.
