Manager – HR (Onboarding & Visa Management) Job Description
Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the Onboarding & Visa Management team, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to SLAs, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and onboarding & offboarding activities, and stay compliant as per the process
Ensure service standards are maintained to eliminate errors, delays & escalations, controlling the fines and cost leakages.
Consider lapses as an area of opportunity, perform RCA, identify cause, plan and implement long term solutions.
Ensure all service procedures are in-place and continually evaluated for greater efficiency.
Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and PRO-related regulations.
