**Introduction**
The Europe Onboarding Lead has responsibilities for leading the Onboarding team in the Bangalore Delivery Centre. This includes people management responsibilities and key deliverables in areas of process transformation execution, program implementation, key stakeholder management. They should coach and enable the team to enhance skills, create an environment encouraging creativity and innovation and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity.

As an Onboarding Lead/SME you will oversees the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the onboarding experience for new hires.
