Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and programs. The role involves handling end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and compliance, while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and other HR documentation.
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and assist in payroll preparation.
- Support performance evaluation, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and issuance of NTEs in coordination with management.
