• Assist in job posting, sourcing, and screening applicants
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
• Support onboarding of new employees

Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns, complaints, and disciplinary issues
• Promote a positive and productive work environment
• Help resolve conflicts between employees

Policy Implementation and Compliance

• Ensure company policies follow the Labor Code of the Philippines
• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Support compliance with government regulations

HR Administration

• Maintain employee files and HR databases
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Support daily HR operations
