Responsibilities
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientations, exit interviews, and systems access.
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
- Support recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
