Recruitment & Staffing
- Source qualified candidates for retail and office positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store heads
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and trackers
HR Operations
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
