Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Source qualified candidates for retail and office positions
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store heads
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and trackers

HR Operations

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
