Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare contribution list & remittances of all mandatory benefits for payment processing
  • Ensure that all benefits file in SSS, PHILHEALTH & HDMF are processed on time.
  • Payroll preparation and time keeping
  • Handle all HR reports requested by Regional and China HQ in the absence of HR Specialist
