Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for supervising daily operational activities related to the services provided to the client. He provides administrative and operational support. The HR Officer works closely with the PS Head Office Operations Officer to deliver high-quality and timely assistance to the client.

In general, the HR Officer is responsible for maintaining a harmonious relationship with the client. He serves as the liaison between the client and the cooperative at the store level. He is also responsible for supervising and managing the member-owners of People Serve.
