• Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions and conducting interviews.
• Assist in employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth integration.
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional HR experience.
• With experience in payroll and admin
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
