Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, test, shortlist and endorse candidates.
• Coordinate with different manpower agencies for contractual employee requirements.
• Coordinate with schools and universities for career fairs, potential hires.
• Ensure completion of employment requirements and contracts; maintain 201 files.
• Conduct on-boarding process of all new hires.

Performance Management

• Maintain an updated job description for all employees.
• Provide guidance in the interpretation and conduct of the Performance Management System.
• Facilitate performance appraisals for employees and facilitate required resources to improve performance as indicated in the appraisal forms.

Compensation and Benefits Management

• Administer benefit package for all levels in the organization....
