The responsibilities of this role are:
Recruitment Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring decisions. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Training Organize staff training sessions and onboarding programs. Maintain training records and feedback. Support the development of training materials. Staff Dormitories Oversee allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations. Handle dormitory issues and coordinate with vendors or landlords. Maintain occupancy records. Staff Leave Manage leave applications and update leave records. Ensure leave policies are communicated and followed. Generate monthly leave reports.
