Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs and workshops
  • Maintain training schedules, attendance records, and training materials
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external training providers
  • Support evaluation of training effectiveness and prepare basic reports
  • Track employee training compliance and development plans

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Prepare employment offers and support pre-employment requirements
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires (orientation, documentation, system access)
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
