Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
Review and screen resumes and applications
Conduct initial interviews to assess applicants’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit
Coordinate with HR Manager
Other task assigned time to time
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Psychology or equivalent.
With at least 3 years working experience in recruitment process or preferred experience
